Which service do I need?

• You need more room: a house extension (ground floor, one or two storeys) or a loft conversion (roof space).
• Your rooms don’t work together: structural alterations, such as removing a wall, forming a larger opening or changing room use, without adding floor area.
• The house needs updating throughout: a refurbishment, from a cosmetic refresh to a whole-house strip-out with new services and finishes.
• You are building a new house: new builds, from groundworks to handover.
• The problem is the brick or mortar: brickwork for new or matched masonry, repointing for failed or unsuitable mortar.
• It’s a repair or an empty property: maintenance and repairs, including voids and end-of-tenancy work.

House extensions and loft conversions add space to a home you want to stay in. Refurbishment and structural alterations change how the space you already have works.
