Scope, price and programme are agreed in writing before work starts, with payment stages set against the build sequence on building projects.
Your point of contact coordinates the agreed trades, keeps you informed and records any agreed changes before work proceeds.
Work is quality-checked through the build and snagging is completed before the final walkthrough and handover. Building projects under a JCT contract then have a 12-month defects rectification period; smaller jobs, repairs and maintenance call-outs are covered by the written terms on their quotation instead. To report an issue after completion, call Daryl on 01223 650013: it is logged, a visit is agreed and it is put right.
